In March, the global browser Top 3: Chrome No.1 , Safari No.2, and Edge No.3

On April 1st, according to the latest report released by the market research agency Statcounter, in March 2024, Google Chrome browser ranked first with a 65% market share, Apple Safari browser ranked second with 18.57%, and Microsoft Edge browser ranked third with 5.01%.

The overall share of the browser market has not changed much, only Firefox has decreased significantly. The market share of each product is as follows:

Chrome ranked first in March with 65% of the global share, a 0.31 percentage point decrease compared to the previous month (65.31%).

Safari ranked second in March with 18.57% of the global share, an 0.26 percentage point increase compared to the previous month (18.31%).

Edge ranked third in March with 5.01% of the global share, a 0.06 percentage point decrease compared to the previous month (5.07%).

Firefox ranked fourth in March with 2.79% of the global share, a 0.25 percentage point decrease compared to the previous month (3.04%).

Samsung Browser, Opera, UC Browser, etc. divided the remaining market share.

On the desktop platform:
Chrome ranked first in March with 65.77% of the global share, an increase of 0.39 percentage points compared to the previous month (65.38%).

Edge ranked second in March with 12.7% of the global share, a 0.05 percentage point decrease compared to the previous month (12.75%).

Safari ranked third in March with 8.63% of the global share, a 0.09 percentage point decrease compared to the previous month (8.72%).

Firefox ranked fourth in March with 6.61% of the global share, a 0.65 percentage point decrease compared to the previous month (7.26%).

Browsers such as Opera divided the remaining market share.

On the mobile platform:
Chrome ranked first in March with 65.29% of the global share, a 0.63 percentage point decrease compared to the previous month (65.92%).

Safari ranked second in March with 24.26% of the global share, an increase of 0.49 percentage points compared to the previous month (23.77%).

Samsung Browser ranked third in March with 4.41% of the global share, a 0.01 percentage point decrease compared to the previous month (4.42%).

Opera ranked fourth in March with 2.2% of the global share, an increase of 0.03 percentage points compared to the previous month (2.17%).

UC Browser and others divided the remaining market share.
